Terms of play

Keep the drive fair.

The rules for playing Simple Drift, sharing scores and using a driver account.

These terms apply to Simple Drift, an independently operated browser game based in the United States, at simpledrift.com and its Base44-hosted game address. You can contact the operator at simpledrift@gmail.com. The game is for recreation. Its driving, vehicles and roads are a simulation, not driving instruction.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 to play Simple Drift or create a driver account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. Any higher minimum age or additional permission required by the law where you live also applies.

This is a product use policy, not an official game rating or a claim that age or parental permission has been independently verified. Parents and guardians can contact simpledrift@gmail.com without a game account.

Guest play and shared scores

You can play without an account. An optional account enables a driver profile and score sharing. Rankings are a casual comparison between players; they do not award money, prizes or anything with cash value.

Shared Dispatch runs are checked by replaying recorded controls. This checks the result against the game’s rules; it does not certify human play or guarantee a cheat-free competition. Leaderboards show eligible results under the current rules. Fixes and scoring changes may affect eligibility or separate older results from current rankings.

Your account and alias

Use an account you are entitled to access and keep sign-in credentials private. Do not impersonate another person or use an alias that is threatening, hateful, misleading or exposes someone’s private information. Use account recovery if you lose access.

Choose whether to share each eligible score. A shared score and alias are public as described in the privacy notice. You can change your alias in your driver profile and request account or data deletion through support.

Acceptable use

Do not submit fabricated scores, manipulate ranked requests, use bots to obtain ranked results, bypass access controls or attempt to access another person’s account or private data. Do not disrupt the service, overload it, distribute harmful code or use support to harass people.

Local experimentation must not interfere with the service or other players. Report a security issue privately through support, using only the details needed to explain it; do not include other players’ data or credentials.

The operator may remove abusive aliases or invalid results and restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect users or comply with law. You can ask for a review through support.

Game content and third-party rights

You may access and play the game for personal entertainment. This does not transfer ownership of its code, artwork, audio, branding or other assets, or grant permission to redistribute them. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses, and nothing here restricts rights those licenses or applicable law give you.

Vehicle names, designs and other third-party marks belong to their respective rights holders. Simple Drift is an independent game and is not sponsored, approved or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer. That statement does not grant a license to third-party material.

You retain any rights you have in material you submit. Sharing a score allows its result and alias to be processed and displayed for the game’s ranking features. Support messages are used to handle support; sending one does not make it public or give the game an unrestricted right to reuse it.

Availability and responsibility

Features, cars, maps and scoring rules may change. The game may be interrupted for maintenance, faults or service-provider problems. Uninterrupted access, permanent availability and preservation of local saves or leaderboard positions are not promised. Browser data can be lost when you clear storage or change devices.

Use the game when it is safe to give it your attention. Stop if the motion or controls cause discomfort. The controls and accessibility page explains available adjustments and current limitations.

The operator remains responsible for its conduct as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer, privacy or other legal rights.

Questions, complaints and changes

Use Help & support or email simpledrift@gmail.com to ask about a score, report misuse, raise an intellectual-property or security concern, or request a review. Email does not require a game account. Requests are reviewed manually. Include enough detail to locate the issue without sharing unnecessary personal information.

Changes to these terms will appear here with an updated date. Material changes will be highlighted here, and additional notice or agreement will be requested where required. Changes do not retroactively remove your accrued rights.
